By buying or using a 5n7 plan you agree to these terms.

1. Service Architecture & Capacity Source

5n7 provides low-cost, flat-rate access to open-source AI models. Important operational disclosure:

Capacity source: Calls on 5n7.net represent remaining and unused quota from primary and failover model capacity deployed for the user base at we64.com.
No dedicated failover: 5n7 plans do not include dedicated redundant failover models. The gateway runs a fail-fast retry strategy on the same resource/model on failure, but calls may occasionally fail. If your workload requires guaranteed zero-interruption redundancy, use we64.com or official enterprise providers.
Mission: 5n7 exists to provide accessible AI compute to developers, students, and freelancers with budget constraints. We minimize margins to keep access near cost price.

2. Service Plans

5n7 provides low-cost, flat-rate access to open-source AI models via an OpenAI/Anthropic/MCP-compatible API. Plans have a stated daily call allowance, unlimited tokens, 1M input context and 30 days validity. 5-Day plans are active Monday 00:00 to Friday 00:00 IST (weekends closed); 7-Day plans run 24×7.

2. Keys & accounts

Keys are issued manually and are personal. You are responsible for keeping your key safe. Sharing, reselling or publicly leaking keys is a breach of the Fair Usage Policy.

3. Availability

Offers and slots are limited and available only while capacity lasts. Slots may be closed when full. Models are upgraded frequently and the exact model list may change.

4. Acceptable use

No illegal, harmful, or abusive use; no attempts to break rate limits or the service. 5n7 is for legitimate coding/productivity use only. Unlawful, illegal, harmful, adult/pornographic or otherwise irrelevant use is strictly prohibited. We run a content screener to detect such use; if found, the account is banned immediately with no refund, and we will support any further escalation to the relevant authorities.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, model outputs, or losses caused by upstream providers. 5n7 is not for enterprise-grade or regulated workloads — use an official provider for those.

6. Data & hosting

Every model on 5n7 runs on infrastructure and data centers located in China. Requests and the content you send to the API pass through servers there. We do not control or audit that infrastructure ourselves — we provide access to it.

8. Changes & law

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. Governed by the laws of India.
