Fair Usage Policy

To keep 5n7 cheap for everyone, plans include a daily call allowance and are subject to fair use.

1. One key, one customer

Keys are personal. Do not share, resell, publish or publicly expose your key.

2. Concurrency

Concurrency is limited to about 3–5 parallel requests, depending on peak-hour load and model inference availability.

3. No abuse

No automated attacks, scraping, or attempts to bypass limits.
No use for spam, malware, illegal or harmful content.
No bypassing the daily call allowance or expiry.

4. Zero tolerance — illegal & adult content

5n7 is strictly for legitimate coding, agent and productivity use. Any use involving unlawful, illegal, harmful, adult/pornographic, sexually explicit or otherwise irrelevant content is strictly prohibited. We run an automated content screener (with manual review) to detect such usage. If we detect any such use, the account/key is banned immediately, no refund will be processed, and we will fully support and cooperate with any further escalation — to the relevant authorities, platforms or providers. No exceptions.

5. Reasonable coding use

Plans are intended for normal coding, agent and workflow use. Heavy, sustained abuse may result in throttling or suspension.

6. Consequences

Violations may lead to key suspension or termination without refund, and to a permanent ban for illegal or adult content as described above.
